How have we done that?
Well, we’ve used dried wheatgrass instead. We’ve taken young wheatgrass plants that have grown to be approximately 10-15cm high, harvested them and put them through a gentle drying process. These steps ensure that we retain the highest concentration of the most vital substances that the plant has to offer, including that essential fiber component.
