This premium product is made from the best quality wild Sockeye salmon, caught sustainably according to strict criteria of MSC in the clear waters of Alaska. Wild Sockeye salmon is known for its very high nutritional value and bright red color flesh. The salmon is filleted and frozen within hours of being caught to retain the best flavour before being shipped to Germany where it is refined and smoked. The delicate aroma is achieved through the dry salting process and a special wood mixture is used for the unique smokey flavour. This product comes from a fishery that has been independently certified according to the guidelines of the MSC for exemplary and sustainable fishing practices. Basic recipe Fifteen minutes prior to serving, remove thawed salmon from packaging and allow to rest at room temperature. Serve on a platter with some leafy greens covered with rings of onion, then a layer of bilinis, layer the salmon, drizzle with Natureland Spanish olive oil, sprinkle with black pepper, and top with capers. Serve with fresh cream mixed with a little lemon juice. Garnish with lemon wedges and herbs.
