Mabouch is a spicy Kuwaiti condiment or “pesto” if you wish. This was created with organic ingredients and cayenne pepper according to our grandmother Sabeeka Al-Mutawa’s recipe. What is special about this product is that it has a mild garlic taste that makes suitable for sandwiches in addition to rice dishes. It can be added to all sorts of meals during preparation like pasta dishes, stir fries, and more. If you desire, additional minced garlic can be mixed into it.
