Whole Rye

Rye can be ground and added to bread flour ingredients (15-30%), or used on it’s own. This is done for flavor, and nutrition. Rye is a very good flour to make a sourdough starter with. We have provided a recipe for that. At Natureland we prefer quality whole foods. We offer heirloom non-hybrid grains and quality mills enabling you to enjoy the freshness of homemade flour.
