What you need:

  • 150g Natureland Gouda Goat Cheese, grated
  • 4 sourdough organic tortillas or sourdough tandoor bread
  • 1/2 cup chopped cooked chicken or sautéed mushrooms
  • 2 tbsp chopped fresh cilantro
  • 1 tbsp Natureland Olive Oil

Instructions: Sprinkle cheese, chicken or mushrooms, and cilantro on one tortilla or piece of tandoor bread. Cover with another tortilla or fold the tandoor bread. Heat olive oil in a skillet and cook the quesadilla until golden and crispy on both sides.
