Made with 100% organic celery juice, refined with lemon juice for both preservation and tangy flavor! Our juices are always made directly from the vegetable or fruit itself, and never from concentrate. To make sure our juice products are always safe and healthy, we gently pasteurize our products before bottling in recyclable glass bottles. Thousands of years ago, celery was used as a medicinal herb more often than a food, and we honor that today.
