How To Use

Recipe
- Avocado-Lemon Salad Dressing
Ingredients:
- 3 tbsp Extra Virgin Avocado Oil
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tsp Dijon mustard
- 1 tsp honey
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
Whisk all ingredients until creamy. Use immediately on fresh greens or grain bowls.
- Pan-Roasted Vegetables
Ingredients:
- 3 cups mixed vegetables (carrots, zucchini, sweet potato)
- 2 tbsp Extra Virgin Avocado Oil
- 1 tsp dried herbs (thyme or rosemary)
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
Toss vegetables with avocado oil and seasoning. Roast at 180°C for 30–40 minutes until golden and tender.
- Homemade Mayonnaise
Ingredients:
- 1 egg yolk
- 1 tsp mustard
- 1 tbsp lemon juice or vinegar
- ¾ cup Extra Virgin Avocado Oil
- Salt to taste
Instructions:
Blend yolk, mustard, and lemon juice. Slowly drizzle in avocado oil while whisking or blending continuously until thick and emulsified.
