Frying is unhealthy and not advisable when seeking ideal health. The best choice of oil for frying is organic clarified butter, followed by organic tropical oils like coconut fat, and this oil falls in third place. Natureland frying oil is made from a costly variety of sunflower seeds that are high in oleic acid, and thus more heat stable. We advise using this oil only once. This oil, unlike most refined oils, was not petrochemically extracted, and this is a huge advantage. It has been steam washed at 190°C, therefore do not heat it above 190°C!
