Cold Extracted - Unrefined

A mellow and delicate oil pressed exclusively from Koroneiki olives. Suitable for all sorts of dishes with delicate to medium flavors. Recommended for mild fish, sea food, baked vegetables, grilled poultry, fresh soft cheese, chickpea dishes, hummus, and oven biscuits. Olive oil should not be heated above 150°! Store in dark, cool place.
