Rye adds flavor and important nutrition to your baked goods. It is ideal to build sourdough starters. It can be used to partially replace other flours in your recipes. Rye has very little gluten, so don’t add more than 30% until you are more experienced with it. At Natureland we prefer quality whole foods.
