This spelt flour is a good alternative for wheat bread flour and contains more of the outer layers of the grain and mineral nutrients. It is particularly suited for German style dark breads with rye. It is also suited for pizzas, cakes, and dumplings. This flour contains more parts of the whole grain than type 630. At Natureland we prefer quality whole foods.
