Iced Tea:
Place 5 tea bags in a liter of cold water. Heat for 10 to 15 minutes until the temperature reaches 85°C. Steep for 3 minutes, then remove the bags. Add a liter of ice, and serve in glasses over ice. Add lemon or sweetener for a refreshing twist!"
