This flour is used for biscuits, cookies, croissants, calzones, and white breads, pizza’s and calzones. Both this flour and our spelt 630 are good for cakes. Consider our wheat 1050 flour instead if you will be mixing with wholegrain or low gluten flours like rye, or barley. At Natureland we prefer quality whole foods.
