This spelt flour is an alternative for white flour, and is good for making soft breads, dinner rolls, cakes, cookies, pasta, pie crusts, muffins and pastries. Many sweets can also be made with wholegrain flours, so keep that as an option as well, or mix some in with this product. At Natureland we prefer quality whole foods.
