An all-purpose baking spice, perfect for banana bread, carrot cake, muffins, coffee cake, use 2/1 tsp. per cup of batter. It is especially suited for pumpkin recipes. This spice could also be used for roasted meats, whipping cream, sprinkled on latte’s, and on popcorn.
